1. Service Description

Arcova provides an AI-powered LinkedIn profile analysis and content optimization service. We analyze publicly available LinkedIn profile data against a set of evidence-based rules and generate personalized recommendations, replacement text, and content suggestions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Arcova, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. For one-time purchases (such as individual profile analyses), we offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. For subscription services, you may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your current billing period. Refunds for subscriptions are prorated based on the remaining days in your billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

Our methodology: The Arcova analysis framework, scoring system, knowledge graph, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Arcova LLC and are protected by applicable laws.

Your content: You retain all rights to your LinkedIn profile content. The analysis and recommendations we generate based on your profile are delivered to you for your personal and professional use.

Generated content: Replacement text, post suggestions, and other AI-generated content created specifically for your profile become yours to use upon delivery. You may copy, modify, and publish this content on LinkedIn or elsewhere.

6. AI Disclaimer

Arcova uses artificial intelligence to analyze profiles and generate recommendations. While our analysis is based on evidence-based rules and proven optimization strategies, AI-generated recommendations are not guaranteed to produce specific outcomes. LinkedIn's algorithm, market conditions, and individual circumstances all affect results. Our recommendations should be considered professional guidance, not guarantees of performance.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Arcova to analyze profiles without the profile owner's consent for malicious purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our analysis methodology
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access our service without authorization
• Resell or redistribute our analysis reports without permission
• Use the service to violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service or any applicable laws

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcova LLC's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the use of our service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to Arcova in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Arcova LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Arcova at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Arcova shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
